1.4.1. INFORMATION ABOUT PLANT LOCATION
There are lots of important factors for choosing the location of plant. The primary ones of these factors are raw material, markets, energy supply and climate. While indicating our plant location, first of all we took account of our raw material the wine made from grapes. Because the grape is not a durable fruit and transportation of grape is very difficult. The grapes will be used in wine process should be handled very quick after harvest. We prefered KOSBI for our factory. KOSBI is an orginized industrial district and it is close to the water supplies also transportation is easy. Furthermore, it is environmentally friendly and this is one of other reasons to choose here. In KOSBI, there is purifier for gray water and also predominantly the factories which are in here, use natural gas as energy resource predominantly and natural gas is %4,5 cheaper than BOTAŞ industry scale. KOSBI also have panoply substructure as sewage, drinking water, natural gas and electricity.
1.5. STRUCTURE SPECIFICATIONS OF PRODUCTION AREA
Fiberglass isolation was used for fire resistance.
Facede glasses suck solar power and translate to electrical energy. These energy provides our 10 % daily energy (except energy which is used in production)
Lamine glasses provide noise isolation. We used that to seperate engineer rooms from production area.
Epoxy flooring is durable to chemical and water also it is easy to clean.
1.6. RAW MATERIALS
In our vinegar factory, wine is raw material of vinegar. After harvesting of grapes, KUNTİK factory produce wine from the grapes for us as a fason factory. Furthermore, we use high acidity wine that is produced by any wine factories as a result of faulty process.
