Cleaning:

390 tons/day = 10 tons/day(foreign materials) + 380 tons/day(cleaned hazelnut)

Dehulling:

380 tons/day = 190 tons/day(shell) + 190 tons/day (dehulled hazelnut)

Roasting:

Dry matter balance: 190x(0.88)=(0.95)x(X) X=176tons/day

Pressing:

Dry matter balance: 176x(0.4)=(0.85)x(X) X=83tons/day

Oil balance: 176-83=93tons/day oil

Toaster: 73 tons/day x (0.98) = 72 tons/day cake
