The aim of this engineering practise is to have an idea and an experience about food sector. The main purpose of this summer practise is to learn how bulgur is produced, what kind of equipments are used in bulgur industry.And another purpose for this summer practise is what kind of procedures are done and what informations are needed and what unit operations are done for bulgur production in industry.And another purpose for this summer practise is to observe the relationship between employer and employee.
I also learn how a food engineer work in industry. In briefly this summer practise is very important because I practise my theoritical knowledge in industry so I have a good experience about being a food engineer.This summer practise provides knowledge about industry and this knowledge helps all the students for our school life and in the future for our business life.
